The main promoter is Mr. Girish Luthra, who is the man behind the show & pioneer of Luthra Group of companies. He has with him experience of around 33 years of diversified business activities & over the years have matured & groomed in to a successful businessman which is evident from the fact that he is handling such a large group with successful business network & standing in the domestic market.

He is B. Tech. (Chemical Engineering) from Regional Engineering College, Warangal and Postgraduate in Industrial Pollution Prevention & Control from AIP, National Productivity Council, India having more than 23 years of experience in environmental sector.Carried out about 10 projects on Feasibility studies (EIA) for selection of treatment and disposal sites and Design of Hazardous waste treatment & disposal facilities for various industries and industrial estates, as Team leader.

He is a is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with more than 22 years of Experience in Banking, Finance, Taxation, Accounts, Human Resource and General Administration.He also have experience in Banking, Project Finance, Management of Funds, Deposits, and Treasury etc. He has also been associated with Environment Infrastructure Companies and arranging funding from State and Central Government. He has the knowledge of legal, finance and technical aspects of Environment Infrastructure project.

Ms. Hiral Shah is a qualified Company Secretary and has been working as a Whole- time Company Secretary with M/s. Tarapur Transformers LTD Limited since November, 13, 2025.

Ms. Hiral Shah holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has over six (6) years of experience in the areas of corporate governance, secretarial practice, regulatory compliances and legal matters.

Mrs. Hiral Jainesh Shah aged 32 years is Independent Director of our Company, is a Post Graduate and Company Secretary. She has vast experience in Secretarial field as she is in this profession since June, 2016.Completed her studies and article-ship from Mumbai and then shifted to Surat and has worked as Company secretary at private limited company, public unlisted company as well as brought successful IPO for Bhatia Colour chem limited. Currently pursuing the profession as a Company Secretary is amiable, courageous and considerate.

Mr. Pankaj Pandav is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), possessing extensive experience in secretarial services. He has developed strong practical expertise in handling compliance matters relating to Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), and possesses in-depth expertise in compliance of listed companies with a strong focus on regulatory adherence and corporate governance.

In addition to his professional qualifications, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, which further strengthens his proficiency in corporate and legal affairs.

He currently serves as a Company Secretary in a listed company, where he plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing board processes, and strengthening corporate governance frameworks and managing various corporate actions. He also serves as an Independent Director in other reputed companies, contributing to strategic decision-making, enhancing governance standards, and safeguarding stakeholders’ interests.
